KENNESAW, Ga. – Silent auction items for baseball's fourth annual First Pitch Dinner have been finalized and are now available
right here. The auction will close online Thursday, Jan. 30 at 11:59 p.m. and will reopen in-person at the First Pitch Dinner the following day
. The silent auction includes Kennesaw State, MLB memorabilia and much more. All proceeds of the auction and the event will benefit the KSU baseball team.
First Pitch Dinner Details
Jordan's 15-year MLB career spanned four teams as he played for the St. Louis Cardinals, Atlanta Braves, Los Angeles Dodgers and Texas Rangers. During the 1999 season, he became an All-Star with the Atlanta Braves after blasting 23 home runs and a recording a career high 115 RBI. Jordan was also drafted in the seventh round of the 1989 NFL draft by the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for three seasons racking up five interceptions and four sacks.
The dinner will be held at NorthStar Church in Kennesaw on Friday, Jan. 31 at with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. and the program starting at 7 p.m. Seats are available for $200 per person and private tables (eight person max) are available for $1,400. Donation price. This year, premium tables at the front of the venue are available for $2,000 (seven person max) and include one KSU baseball player at your table. All prices reflected are inclusive of taxes and fees.
The dress code that presides is business casual. Doors will open at NorthStar Church's Compass Auditorium at 5:45 p.m., with social time and a meet-and-greet with Jordan beginning the night's proceedings.
